Editorial policy
United Public Briefing aims to make public information easier to understand without overstating what a document or process can tell a reader. We value clear sourcing, careful wording and visible corrections.
Accuracy and sources
We check factual statements against relevant source material and use links or source references in published articles where appropriate. We distinguish direct information from explanation and interpretation, and avoid presenting uncertain details as settled. Readers should use the original material for decisions that depend on its exact wording or current status.
Independence
Editorial choices are made for reader relevance and clarity. Partner relationships do not determine our conclusions or entitle a partner to editorial approval. We do not present general explanations as a substitute for official information or professional advice.
Corrections
If a reader identifies a possible error, we review the relevant claim and its sources. When a correction is needed, we update the article and make the change clear where the format allows. You can send a correction through the Contact page and include the article title and the point in question.
Partner material and illustrations
Paid, gifted or otherwise arranged partner material is labelled so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work. Any collaboration is disclosed in the relevant context. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; when they are, they are identified as such.
